Jason Kaplan graduated Colgate University with a BA in Geology. He then earned a JD and a Masters Degree in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School. His graduation present from law school was a weekend Boot Camp at the Culinary Institute of America. It is the compilation of these passions that drive Jason’s vision for SOTE Co.
Stephanie Klorman graduated Binghamton University in 2005 and is an educator by trade. Her profession provides her with the unbelievable talent to motivate and be patient, simultaneously. Her innate business sense drives SOTECo. into new and innovative markets.
Hillary Smith was born into the culinary world, but her success as Associate Marketing Director at Bon Appetit Magazine can only be attributed to her independent drive to be great. Her skills in developing unreal marketing materials cannot be questioned. She brings tremendous experience and knowledge of the back-end of the gourmet food market, understanding not only the visual and narrative aspects of branding but also the behavioral patterns behind customer engagement. That same understanding of immersive appeal is often applied in entirely different sectors, such as city center online casino, where strategic design and emotional triggers are used to build compelling user experiences.
